The complex offers 102 beautifully and spaciously arranged apartments & studios, giving a sense of a "village" with strokes of Cretan decoration. There are sixteen separate one-floor buildings, forming six neighbourhoods of apartments, with beautiful alleys leading to the entrance of each apartment. The property maintains a sense of lush independence, offering a unique experience, very close to all activities in the area of Hersonissos.

All accommodations follow white, simple, traditional style, while the maisonettes represent the old traditional home style, with two split levels, a wooden floor and bedroom upstairs ("ontas").

Room types:

• Studios for 2 persons are 1-room apartments. Beds are built on the floor (traditional way). Available bed configurations include a double bed or two single beds.
• Superior Studios can accommodate 3 persons. They are 1-room apartments and they have 1 double bed and one extra bed (single or sofa bed).
• One-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments for 3 persons. There is a separate bedroom (door-closed) with a double bed or two single beds and a lounge with one extra bed (single or sofa bed).
• Superior one-bedroom apartments are 2-room apartments for 4 persons. There is a separate bedroom (door-closed) with a double bed or two single beds and a lounge with extra two beds (single or sofa beds).
• Maisonette apartments are 1-room apartments with split levels (ground and upper level) for 3 or 4 persons (levels are connected through indoor wooden stairs). In the upper level there is a wooden bedroom (the "ontas") with a double bed (with wooden roof - penthouse style) and there are two more sofa beds in the ground level.
• Suite apartments are 3-room apartments for 5 persons. They consist of two separate bedrooms (door-closed) and a big lounge. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other has either another double bed or two single beds. In the lounge there is one extra single bed or sofa bed.
• House (Lux) Suite is a 3-room house apartment, with a total area of 85 sqare meters, accommodating up to 7 persons. It consists of two separate bedrooms (door-closed), a lounge, a sitting area, TV, a normal kitchen and oven, a large refrigerator, a large bathroom (with bathtub) and enjoys panoramic sea and pool view. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second two single beds. There are two more single beds and one sofa bed in the lounge area.
