The AKALI Hotel is in the picturesque city of Chania, which has been inhabited since prehistoric times. The Akali Hotel was built in 1988 and the name comes from "Akali", the daughter of King Minoas in ancient Crete and mother of Kydon, the founder of Hania town, the hotel itself is situated in the west of Chania, on the main road to Kolymbari.
The hotel facilities include a bar, a restaurant, comfortable sitting areas which are leading towards a well maintain courtyard with a snack bar and a swimming pool and operates daily during the spring and summer months. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal.
